NaturalFinder, the search engine complement developed by Bitext, provides GSA with natural language capabilities. NaturalFinder allows GSA to understand queries in natural language, manage thesauri, etc. Both technologies are integrated in the federated search system on the Red 060 website.
Bitext shares with Eptisa the "Award for outstanding achievement in Search" from Google's Enterprise Awards in Rome.

Bitext's new applications for knowledge discovery
Bitext has developed a new generation of applications which analyze vast amounts of content and extract information automatically. With this new generation of applications we can find proper names, company names, cities, products, events, etc. in the documentation of companies or public institutions. We can even extract new appointments from different sources such as daily press or official gazettes. These new applications widen the broad range of solutions Bitext offers for text analytics or text mining.
The applications are designed to be integrated with third-party applications like Business Intelligence, search engines, ontology creation tools, etc.
They are available in Spanish, English, Catalan, Valenciano, Basque, and under development French, Portuguese, and Galician.
