- Bitext provides language technology, a new and proven technlogy which allows the integrator companies to widen the technology portfolio for their clients.
- The integrator company, on the other hand, detects the customer needs and install our technology taking care of its integration in the customer's environment.
The typical integrators of our products are manufacturers and distributors whose applications extract and organize information (i.e., content) in textual databases. Some examples of these applications are:
- Content Management System (CMS)
- Search engines and indexers
- Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
- Knowledlge Management systems (KM)
All these applications improve their performance and user-friendliness because of the language technology.
The typical users of this technology are content providers, companies whose business is based on providing access to information. End users are usually the following:
- Press agencies and press releases
- Providers of legal information: legislation, jurisprudence, official bulletin, etc.
- Providers of financial information: market analysis, company reports, etc.
- Providers of technical documentation for software and hardware (for their Help and Index tools)
Language technologies will improve the satisfaction level of users since search queries result in best coverage without producing noise. In addition, search queries will be easier and more intuitive.
Content providers who base their business model on the number of documents being accessed by the user, and not on the access to search engines (which is usually for free), are the typical example of users of information access technologies. A tool which provides best coverage, without noise, will increase the number of documents that a user can download and, therefore, the business volume, and it will also improve users' satisfaction.
